38 weeks and 2cm dilated
3CM Dilated 75% Effaced. January 26, 2024 | by mully0525. Soon to be STM. With my first I was only 1cm dilated at 37 weeks and stayed at 1 until my induction at 39 W 2 D. This time I was 3 CM dilated 60% effaced -2 station at 34 weeks. At 35 weeks (this week) I am 3CM, 75% -1 station.Well after that appointment I started having lower back pain, upper leg pain, and random contractions until late Friday night. My guess was braxton hicks because they weren't regular contractions and eventually stopped. Today at my 36.2 week check up I learned that those contractions were real! I am now 1-2 centimeters dilated and 80% effaced.
